Products cannot be returned or refunded, except if received damaged or defective.

Damage/Defect Claims:
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety, most used or opened products are not eligible for return.
